Susan Gulch5 StarMy sewer lines were backing up in my old home. I had another plumbing company come out twice in 6 days because of a backup and they "snaked" the pipes. It worked temporarily but I needed something more. I called Wyman Plumbing because of their good reputation. Tony came out and was able to quickly locate my sewer pipes as I didn't have a visible clean-out. He used the camera to evaluate the pipes and then performed a hydro flush on the cast iron portion that is under the slab. The remaining PVC pipes were fine. He took his time and worked diligently to clean the cast iron pipe the best that it could cleaned but he had to be careful because the pipes are 65 years old. He then installed an in-ground clean out. My sewer lines are now draining better than they have in 15 years! Tony is very knowledgeable and professional and is a great asset to Wyman Plumbing. Hopefully I won't have any more plumbing issues but if I do, I will be calling Wyman and requesting Tony!Tuesday 30th April 2024
Frank Tarallo1 StarWyman was utilized by our GC for a bath remodel. On our new claw foot tub, they installed the supply lines with escutcheons that do not fit properly. They also installed the drain with no escutcheon. Simply a hole in the tiles with the PVC pipe exposed. After the work was completed, they told us that the escutcheons provided “did not fit”. When asked why they installed without first obtaining the correct fitting pieces, the response was “the lines are in the back of the tub and nobody will notice”. Completely unacceptable and unbelievably bad customer service.Monday 23rd October 2023
Centregirl3 StarCalled Wyman to reset a toilet and replace a flushing arm on a toilet. Appointment was for 10 on Thursday. Plumber arrived at 10:02 and left at 10:55. He sat in my driveway for over 10 minutes. I went out twice to find out why he was sitting in my driveway. He obviously was sitting there so he could charge me for an additional 15 minutes. This is dishonest. Parts cost around $25-$30 but was charged $70. Plumber did a good job, steep markup on parts, but totally dishonest about his time on the job.Thursday 18th May 2023
Col Chris Joyce5 StarScott from Wyman Plumbing was a Stud! He saved me time, money and frustration with the hookup of my new Refrigerator by suggesting a workaround. He cared about me as a customer and his work showed professionalism and experience in his craft.
Also, I must say Wyman receptionists were the best .
Have confidence you’ll get superior service and value when hiring Wymans crew .Thursday 21st December 2023
