I am very happy with the new septic system Southern Sanitary installed at our home. Chris, our salesman gave me detailed answers to my questions. David, the installation foreman, did a really nice job and also answered my questions as he was working. The office staff was pleasant to work with.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish, squeezing me in on a busy day to solve a backup issue into the house, of course on a Friday…! Saved us from having to stay in a hotel over the weekend. Making the appointment was flawless, and truly cared about my situation, communicating from start to scheduling, top class customer service. The tech, Carlos did an epic job, even in the heavy rain, he was full on it and solved the problem. Very thankful for the Southern Sanitary team, and will be my go to team for sure. They have more than earned my trust and respect.

Our community contacted this company in July to come out and assess the pumps for our lift station after it appeared we had had a bad lightning strike near by. I called to request service and the receptionist asked if the alarms were sounding, at which point I said yes they are. She scheduled one of the technicians to come out right away, which we were very happy about. While the tech was on site, he called the HOA Secretary and said that the pumps were out and that they needed to be replaced. We have 3 pumps and he quoted approximately $1100 per pump. Our community approved the charges so he could replace the pumps right away. After replacing 2 of the 3 pumps the technician called and said he could not replace the 3rd pump because he did not have a confined space license. I then asked how did you do the other pumps then? He said he should not of done the work in the first place. He then left and they sent us a bill for the 2 pumps. When asked how they would warranty their work if they aren't licensed to work in confined spaces, they said they would hire a 3rd party company. I asked why they just couldn't send the 3rd party company to finish the work they said I needed to call and hire the 3rd party company myself. This is the most negligent and unethical company I have ever worked with. If they could not do the work they should of spoke up so we could move onto the next company.

Due to my line of work, I have had occasion to require the services of septic tank, including lift stations, etc. experts, over the last 11 years. I recently had a problem with both my be septic tank requiring a pump-out, AND there was an issue with the pump in the lift station. I recalled always having having been able to depend on Southern Sanitary to arrive when they said they would and proceed to diagnose and suggest a remedy in a timely manner, and at a fair price. When I called about the pump station, SS sent out a fellow who obviously knew his trade and was quick to thoroughly diagnose the issue and advised a $179 fix over the $900 option, and explained fully why he did. The ladies on the phone are polite, friendly and very helpful, and I would happily recommend this company to my closest friend, as well as to you. 😊

Awesome Local Business. Called the office , schedule an appointment. Driver came out the next day. The driver was very knowledgeable and professional. He pumped the tank and sealed it back up. Everything is back to normal. Thanks again! Will do business with again.
