Trenton did a wonderful job… took old garbage disposal and 2 toilets out and replaced them and cleaned a couple drains… very nice cleanup too…would highly recommend him

I called them the day a received my backflow letter from the county. Two weeks later I call them to ask why they hadn't called me for payment. They said they had no record of me calling and at this time it was to late to come out because they couldn't do it before the county fined me for being late. They gave me another company to call. I call that company the mailbox is full. I call them back and ask them to put me on their calendar anyway. They call today two weeks later and said they can't do it in time.

Tech stated we did not have a blockage, refused to even look! 3 weeks later had same problem and LT Manager stated there would be an additional service call. even though the Tech did not even try and solve the issue. Called a new plumber and he solved the problem on the first call! LT Plumbing is lazy, they lie and I will never use again.

Plumber was rushed with calls and couldn't finish job (not correct parts on truck). Company said they would come back and finish but offered no discount if i finish job. Best to get quotes with this company.
