I was referred to this company for a well problem. We set up an appointment and then Efrin did not show up and did not answer his phone. Couldn't leave a message as Voice Mail was full. Efrin did eventually call me and we set up another appointment but once again he did not show up and did not answer his phone. Since the owner responded to my review, I will add that I did contact another company and they responded the same day and came out the following day. We are scheduled to have a new well put in 3 weeks from now. I still don't know why Guest Well would make appointments and then not even show up and be proud of that in their reviews!!!

My Captive Air Tank had seen its best days. I just had some sod installed and it was important to have a working tank so I could run my irrigation system. I called Guest Well & Pump and I was told they would be at my home by Noon....by 1:00 I was back in business!! My thanks goes out to this fine company.

Guest put in my well in 1985. They have replaced it once, having to drill deeper. They replaced my water conditioner with one intended to be outdoors. Culligan installed an indoor WC outside and it did not survive. I didn’t know any better at the time, but they did. Guest updated me and recently repaired another issue. Ephram and his staff take care of you and what more do you want?
