Jeffrey Coe5 StarGallo was great! They responded quickly, came on time as promised, diagnosed and explained the problem, and then worked tirelessly to fix it--all at a reasonable price. Oh, and the plumber (Dell) cleaned everything up when he was finished. I'd recommend Gallo without hesitation and will call them if we need a plumber in the future.Friday 29th December 2023

I called at 8:00 spoke with Jill who was friendly and took time to gather details of the issues.Since they had to fit me in to the schedule initially they could give me an exact time they would arrive. Jill called me about 11:00 to let me know somone would be arriving between 12-2:00. Del arrived at my home by 11:30 and began troubleshooting and fixing the issue. Del was knowledgable, friendly and effiecient in his approach diagnosing the issues. Highly reccomend this company!Tuesday 5th December 2023
