Posting for/with a friend: Accidently flushed a clorox wand tip and with holiday weekend they were quick to get us worked in schedule within our time availability. They have a text notification system with photo and name of service person and called to confirm within 20 minutes of arrival and get specifics of issue again. Excellent communication and affordable plumbing company.

We have had 2 different jobs repaired recently by this company. Each time required them to come back- they left my water off twice. Took over a month with several trips to repair a shower valve. Lots of missed work for issues that should have been easily repaired. Cody is friendly and took care of the job eventually. One person, Jose I believe, left a mess and taped a grocery bag over a hole he cut in the drywall. Even with the job “complete” one of the handles in the shower pulls right off. The person in the office is rude and there were scheduling issues. She told me she was trying to reach me to schedule when I called (I waited all day for someone to show for an appointment THEY scheduled) and then changed her story. Would not recommend.

They were very quick to come out for my leaking water heater. Unfortunately I had to wait for my warranty company to approve a new one before Flow Master could install it. Flow Master is very courteous. My new water heater tank was delivered and installed today by Cory. Again, very quick and efficient, cleaned everything up and explained how we drain the tank when needed. A very courteous, all around nice guy. Great business.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Vincent the “plumber” had to come out twice yet still didn’t fix the problem. Not only did he not fix the problem, he left literal poop on my walls, water on the floor and damaged my door frame. Then he just left without saying a word.
