Katerina Zhu-zhu5 StarWe had wonderful experiences with Aqua Plumbing. We wanted to install water purifier and our regular plumber Badger Bob could not do it because of granite countertop. So we reached this company. Dustin comes to do the work and he was so great! Very professional, very knowledgeable (second generation of plumbers). Job was done very fast, perfect in any way and there was no single drop of mess after him! New faucet look just like it been there forever! He was timely, professional, explained every step of the process in detail, was clear & concise for me & made me feel very comfortable with the work. Plumbing issues are very scary & Bobby made me feel at ease & earned my trust immediately. I was also very impressed with the cost which, as a plumbing issue novice, was less than I had mentally allocated this problem would be. George R5 StarAlways courteous, professional and efficient. Recently had an overflow switch problem, on the weekend. Called Saturday morning and a tech was here is about an hour. No charge because of my maintenance contract.Monday 13th May 2024
Timothy Keusch1 StarI utilized your business for multiple issues at my residence. I explained to the technician exactly what I needed. The technician re-plumbed a garbage disposal and replaced the components inside a bathroom toilet. After he was finished, the kitchen sink drained slowly, even when only water was draining. This fix was warranted for 30 days, which he didn't mention. I also mentioned to the technician that I wanted type-specific components used to fix the toilet. I didn't want generic parts that you can buy at Ace Hardware. He ignored me and used what he had on the truck. I assumed a company would stand by its work but I guess that's why you don't assume. Could not be more disappointed with a company. Buyer beware!
They replied to this review and completely lied. I removed my attempt at a repair (causing 0 damage) and the plumber did a terrible job plumbing the garbage disposal in. Terrible workmanship and untrustworthy to boot 😞Wednesday 6th December 2023
