Living in florida, AC isn't an option, it's a requirement. We use another service provider for our yearly maintenance and we will now be switching to Aleco! Our AC for the first floor went out after putting my newborn to bed and it started getting hotter and hotter in her room. Luckily our upstairs unit was working so if needed I could have moved her upstairs, but who wants to wake a sleeping baby! The company we normally use doesn't have 24 hour service and the other companies I called either couldn't come even for emergency services for days or until the next morning. Alex answered right away at 930pm and John was there within 2 hours. He fixed the problem promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. He even found faulty wiring that had melted and could have caused a house fire. The work was done very well and at a fair price. Our AC was up and running in 45 minutes and our baby slept through it all! Thank you so much!

I recently had an outstanding experience with ALECO AC & Heating Experts, thanks to their technician John. My air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, and it was a Saturday in August and very few companies were available to handle the call. John arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue, demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism. He took the time to locate the damper motors, which are not easy to find. His thoroughness gave me confidence that he was addressing the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. Additionally, John provided valuable advice on maintaining the A/C drain line to prevent mineral buildup, which I had not considered before. His willingness to share knowledge and tips for upkeep was greatly appreciated and showed his commitment to customer education. Overall, I highly recommend ALECO AC & Heating Experts for their exceptional service and knowledgeable staff. I called ALECO AC to one of the properties I manage basically in the middle of the night. Tenants couldn’t sleep with AC down and I had little hope of finding someone out there late. However ALECO AC had someone out within the hour. Repairs had to be extensive and usually from my experience something like that requires preordered parts and scheduling. They had all parts on hand and repaired everything right through the night so our tenants could sleep in a nice cool home. I was VERY impressed! ALECO AC will definitely be my go to from now on!

I recently had a routine maintenance tune-up, the technician Ryan was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. We were also informed of a couple things we could do for the best performance and life of our unit. Would definitely recommend ALECO and even though I hope to never need an emergency repair or replacement, I definitely know who I will be calling if I ever do! Thanks guys!

John from Aleco AC came to our home to do maintenance on our A/C unit and locate a problem we had been experiencing for the last several weeks. He arrived on time and was very professional in his diagnosing our problem and fixing it. This will not only make our home more comfortable but will save us $$$ in our power bill.
