Dawn Laudicina5 StarJustin gets a 10 out of 5 from us!!! We ended up receiving a bad water heater but he spent hours trouble shooting to try to get it right. He spoke to the Manufacturer techs to trouble shoot. He was AWESOME!! Then he came back the next day and got us all hooked up super fast with a perfect unit. We have a challenging space situation and the new unit is PERFECT!! Highly recommend Air & Energy and Justin!Wednesday 24th April 2024
Deborah Bartley5 StarYuri did a great job. He was on time for the appointment and was hard a work to determine why my A/C was not cooling. He determined quite quickly that the condenser fan motor was not operational, and took the extra time to explain and show me right inside the unit what was wrong. He has a very professional approach and gave me the cost of repair and was willing to fix the unit if he had the part on his truck. He called his office to clear that he could stay and fix the unit with the new part. I am very grateful he was willing to go to the next step and get my A/C back up and running.
