His clear explanations of the way air conditioning works was extremely useful and informative. Great work ethic stayed almost 90 minutes cleaning the outside unit and inside unit. Examining , cleaning and servicing all areas that were in need.
He showed us photos of the unit where he cleaned and the process in which he did it

He was patient and explained what he was going to do and what he found. He explained the issues and the solutions quite well.
