Our AC went but we had to wait several days before there was an open appointment for a new install. Never heard from anyone at the end of the day, no call or email to confirm that the job was completed, and all went smoothly. When I attempted to access my smart phone thermometer app it read ‘off-line’. Several days passed before it was revealed that our smart thermometer had been replaced even though we requested it not be replaced. The technician switched it out. We are now awaiting a new thermostat to be reinstalled but have not heard when this will take place. The communication overall was poor and customer service was lacking. I received 2 poor quality photos of the install of the job not yet completed, as we were not local at the time of install but that was after requesting them so I could actually see our new AC unit. There are several areas that could be improved upon if they implemented a quality improvement system .

I purchased a home water softener. It was a great experience from the first phone conversation ,until installation.The owner is a very kind Man. The workers were as well. I needed something heavy loaded into the back of My car. They came right over to help, even though it had nothing to do with My purchase. I would highly recommend AC warehouse. With so many choices out there. This definitely was the best one for Us!

Had an great experience using these guys. Dalian came out and did a service of my system and was able able to show me everything going on with my system. He did a great job cleaning it up and He was able to answer all my questions and gave recommendations on monthly care to help extend the life of my system.

Great service from Dalian, would highly recommend him. He was very professional, timely and thorough. I’ve never serviced my AC before and with this being my first summer in Florida, I wanted to make sure my AC was in the best condition for the summer ahead. Drain line was pretty clogged and bacteria growth was found around evaporator coil and drain pan which Dalian was able to remedy and provide detailed explanations on how to care for it going forward. He also checked all my components to make sure they were running within specifications and all my refrigerant pressures to ensure they were adequate. Overall, great experience especially for someone like me who does not know much about ACs, I learnt a lot in the process as he was able to explain as he went along.
